My goal was to preserve its essence and keep that warm, small, and personable business vibe, while giving it a fresh, modern identity. By focusing on the adventurers’ community, customer stories, and beautifully crafted products, we ushered the brand into a new era.

Website
For The Natural Adventure, the website is the primary place where customers browse and book holidays. While it was functional, it felt outdated, cluttered, and didn’t reflect the brand’s personality or truly serve the customer journey.
My goal was to simplify the experience and create a seamless path to purchase, making the website not just usable, but enjoyable and inspiring.
Key changes included:
Simplified the navigation menu to ensure users could access trip pages effortlessly
Refreshed the messaging and USPs to clearly speak to the target audience and communicate what sets the brand apart
Updated fonts, colours, and layouts to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic
Added social proof elements to build trust quickly
Improved imagery for a more authentic, natural feel that reflects the real travel experience.

To bring The Natural Adventure’s story to life, we created a brand video that was both authentic and inspiring. Featuring real customers and the co-founder, it captured the essence of the brand and highlighted what makes it unique. The video quickly became a powerful tool, reaching audiences across digital channels and even on TV.
