When I joined The Natural Adventure, the website was already live but wasn’t fully optimised to serve customers effectively. Navigation was confusing, the checkout process felt overwhelming, and the overall brand experience didn’t reflect the company’s personality. My goal was to transform the website into a customer-centric platform – one that not only looked and felt true to the brand but also drove measurable improvements in conversions and enquiries.
