The Natural Adventure had a great story, but the storytelling wasn’t doing the justice. Relying on generic stock footage meant the brand lacked the unique voice and authenticity that reflected its core values.
To change that, I organised three production shoots across Scotland, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and Morocco - each one featuring real customers who were true brand ambassadors with powerful stories to tell.
The goal went beyond driving bookings: it was about capturing the soul of the brand. But the commercial impact was undeniable - our Morocco shoot alone delivered a 90% increase in bookings year-on-year in the first five months after launch.
